Because of the nature of these products, returns are not accepted. If an order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, email support@nexaphpeps.com and we will help. Orders can be cancelled by email before they ship.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order listings reserve kits from an upcoming batch. Each listing shows the batch number and its scheduled ship date, and pre-order kits ship once that batch is released.
