Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide, Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro. It was built by extending the natural tetrapeptide tuftsin (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg) with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail. This product carries two terminal modifications, N-acetylation and C-terminal amidation, which distinguish it from standard Selank.
